Run the Trails Margam is Race 3 of the 2026 RTT Series, offering both 5km and 10km distances. Each route is carefully selected to give new and experienced runners a rewarding challenge, showcasing the beautiful trails, woodland paths, and iconic castle views across Margam Country Park. As the mid‑series event, Margam provides a memorable opportunity to build points, test your form, and enjoy one of the most scenic locations in the RTT calendar.

Route information
The race will consist of a 5k lap, with the 10k being a repeat of the 5k route. Please keep to the left hand side when possible and please respect other path users.

Directions
The race will start near the East Lodge Car Park within Margam Country Park.
Parking
Car parking for participants is located at the East Gate of Margam Park, which will open at 8:55am. This is the designated event car park and is only a short walk from the start area. Additional parking is available in the surrounding area, and charges may apply. Parking for participants using the designated East Gate car park is included in the entry fee.
