Colour Run Spooky – The Most Colourful Spooky 5K of the Year!

Looking for a fun and unique way to celebrate Halloween this October? Join us on Saturday, 24th October at Pembrey Country Park for the Colour Run Spooky—a non-competitive 5K event designed for all ages and abilities.

Get ready, Pembrey Country Park — the Spooky Colour Run is coming!

This vibrant run is all about enjoyment, not speed. Whether you walk, jog, or run, you'll make your way through a course filled with colourful powder zones and festive Halloween-themed surprises. Costumes are encouraged, and laughter is guaranteed.

No Pressure, Just Fun

This event is designed for everyone:

• Walk it, jog it, or run it
• Complete as many laps as you like (up to 5K)
• Perfect for families, friends, and first-time runners

There are no timings, no pressure — just pure fun.

The Course

The course takes place within Pembrey Country Park and is designed to be:

• Safe and accessible
• Lap-based so you can choose your distance
• Packed with colour stations throughout

There will also be eye wash stations available if needed.

It will consists of four 1.25k laps around the event site, with friendly volunteers and clear signage to guide you along the way. You’re welcome to complete as many laps as you like—whether that’s one, two, or all four. It’s entirely up to you. If you're feeling energetic, go for the full 5K challenge. If you'd rather take it easy and soak up the atmosphere, that’s perfectly fine too.

Our colour powder is:

• Non-toxic and made from natural ingredients
• Safe for all ages

We recommend wearing sunglasses for extra comfort during the run.

• 11:50 – Warm-up & Briefing
• 12:00 – Start Time

Please arrive early to avoid queues and make the most of the day.

Race Day Information

Location & Event Site

• Registration will be located close to the start & finish area within the event site
• Clear signage will be in place on the day to guide you

Registration

All participants must register on arrival before taking part.

At registration, you will receive:

• Your race number
• Event t-shirt
• Colour powder bag
• Any additional purchases

Important:

• Booker's Photo ID is required to register
• You cannot register on behalf of someone else  

What to Bring

• Photo ID
• Suitable running shoes
• Comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting messy
• Sunglasses (recommended for colour powder)
• Your best Halloween themed outfit or accessories!  

Colour Powder Information

Our colour powder is:

• Safe and non-toxic
• Made from natural ingredients (corn starch)

We recommend wearing sunglasses to protect your eyes. Wash stations will be available on course if needed.

Please note: colour powder may stain light clothing.
